Passport Photos
The One Card Office takes photos for applications of all types, including visa and passport photos, for students, faculty, staff, and dependents. For information about how to apply for a new or renewed passport, visit http://travel.state.gov/passport/.
Passport photos can be paid for using SpiderCard account funds only (no cash, check, debit or credit card). Students may not have passport photos charged to their student account.
Passport Photo Pricing:
- 1 Digital Copy Emailed: $15.00
- 1 Hard Copy Set: $15.00
- 1 Hard Copy Set and 1 Digital: $20
- 2 Hard Copy Sets: $20.00
- Each hard copy set after 2 = $5.00 extra*
The following pre-defined photo formats are supported by our passport photo system. So we may better serve you, please determine which of these photo formats applies to the requirements for your type of application. When requesting a digital copy of your photo, please be aware you may need to adjust the sizing based on criteria for your intended purpose.

Refund Policy
Our passport system produces government compliant photos. However, should your photo be rejected by a passport processing center during the approval process, you may return your photos to the One Card Office, along with your receipt, for a refund to your SpiderCard account.
Hours of Operation
Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, but we ask that you come no later than 4:30 to allow time for photo processing. We are located in the Heilman Center next to the Campus Post Office.
