Make a SpiderCard Deposit
There are no minimum deposits required to activate and/or replenish a SpiderCard account. SpiderCard deposits can be made online.
SpiderCard balances may be checked by logging in to onecardweb.richmond.edu using your University NetID and Password.
Online Deposits
Make a SpiderCard deposit through the online deposit form.
The following information is required to complete a transaction:
- University ID
- Last name of the Spider Card holder
- Credit Card number or Checking account information
- Credit card or Checking account holder's billing address
Be sure to complete the transaction to the end. You will see two "Terms of Agreement." This is sometimes confusing but correct—just proceed with your transaction. Do not close your browser before completing the transaction. You should get confirmation of your deposit once complete.

When making deposits by check, include the student's name, student's 8-digit University ID number, and a home or cell phone number on the check.
