  • Campus Dining Services

    For students with a dining plan, your One Card gives you access to your meal plan, which can be used at the Heilman Dining Center. It also gives you access to your dining dollar plan, which can be used in all other dining operations. Depending on the dining operation, the cashier will swipe your card, and a meal will be deducted from your meal plan balance or the amount of your purchase will be deducted from your dining dollar plan.     Out of dining dollars? You may add more by logging into Bannerweb, then clicking "Onecard Services Main Menu". The Meal Plan/Dining Dollar Maintenance page is displayed. Under "Add Dining Dollars" enter the amount and click "Add Dollars". You may also call the One Card Office at (804) 289-8010 or (804) 289-8478 to add more dining dollars. The charge will go on your student account.

    Unused fall dining dollars will roll over to spring as long as you remain on meal plan second semester. Dining dollars must be used before the end of spring semester.

  • Residence Hall Access

    Students living in the residence halls are automatically assigned 24/7 access to their residence hall and visitation to other halls from 8 a.m. - 2 a.m. Monday - Sunday (except on home football game Saturdays). Non-residents of Atlantic and Pacific house have visitation from 8 a.m. - 2 a.m. Monday - Thursday and restricted access from Friday through the weekend.

    Students living in the University Forest Apartments also have visitation privileges to the residence halls.

    Residence Life Staff - Head Residents and Resident Assistants - Are assigned 24/7 access to the residence halls for the purposes of making residence hall rounds when on duty.

    Students living off campus do not have access to the residence halls. If there is a need for access to the residence halls for academic or student organization purposes, please contact your respective Dean’s office for authorization. They should email One Card Services at onecard@richmond.edu with authorization and indicate the building(s) you need access to and the time period for the access.

  • Laundry Services

    Laundry service is included in the room and board fee of all resident students. Students may check the availability of washers and dryers in their laundry room and activate the machines by downloading the Speed Queen app.

    To report a problem with a washer or dryer, please call the Caldwell & Gregory 24/7 call center at 1-800-927-9274 to expedite service. Please provide details such as the location of the laundry room, washer or dryer number and the issue you are having.

    To report a problem with the laundry reader, contact the One Card Office at 804-289-8010. Reader problems will be addressed during business hours of 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. In the event the reader cannot be fixed, the vendor will be called to activate the machines until the reader can be replaced.

  • Building Access

    Academic buildings are accessible from 7am-10 pm Monday-Friday, and 7 am-6 pm Saturday. Administrative buildings are accessible from 7 am-6 pm Monday-Friday. Faculty, staff, and students have 24/7 card access to academic buildings and student spaces such as Tyler Haynes Commons.

  • Library Privileges

    Your One Card can be used to check out items and use the resources at the University Libraries.
  • Weinstein Center for Recreation and Wellness

    Full time faculty, staff and students may download the U of R Rec Fusion Go app, enter their UR ID number and log in using their NetID and Password in order to access the center. For questions about downloading or accessing the app, please contact Member Services.
