New faculty, staff and students may upload a photo for your University of Richmond ID card by logging in to onecardweb.richmond.edu with your NetID and Password and selecting "Submit ID Photo" from the menu. You must first activate your Richmond email account in order to obtain your NetID.

Your photo submission should be a front-faciing headshot in front of a neutral background. The photo can be a selfie, but must meet the above criteria or it will be rejected. If rejected, you are welcome to re-submit your photo. Your ID photo will be displayed in the online directory unless you opt-out of displaying the photo in the directory.

For optimal image quality, please restrict your file types to .jpg.
