One Card Services
Most of One Card’s services can be requested by email or by submitting the required forms at the links provided. Please email onecard@richmond.edu (include UR ID#) for the following services:
- ID Express Photo Submission - New faculty, staff and students may upload a photo for a University of Richmond ID card here.
- Faculty and staff will be notified when their card is ready for pickup from the One Card Office between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
- Full or part-time, degree-seeking students are eligible for a University of Richmond ID.
- First year undergrad students will pick up their ID at orientation.
- New Law and MBA students will receive their ID during check-in at the Law or Business School.
- SPCS students and Osher Lifelong Learning members may pick up their ID from the One Card Office between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
- Replace a Lost Card - We will print a replacement, put the lost card fee on your student account and notify you when your card is ready for pickup.
- Note: If you picked up a temporary card from URPD, we cannot replace your lost ID until you return the temporary card to our office.
- Damaged Card - We will print a replacement and call you when ready for pickup. There is no charge for damage replacements.
- Issues with Card Access or Meal Plan — For immediate service between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., please call (804) 289-8010 or (804) 289-8478.
- Meal Plan Purchases/Changes - Submit your request here. You will be notified when your request has been processed. Subject to deadlines.
- Found a Lost Card? Return to the One Card Office during business hours. If found off campus, please return to the address on the back of the ID card.
