One Card Services

Beginning May 12, 2025 the University implemented the following schedule to standardize building access across campus:

• Academic buildings are open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays.

• Administrative buildings are open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

• Student Spaces are open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Tyler Haynes Commons is accessible from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Faculty, staff, and students can use their One Card/University ID to gain swipe access to academic buildings, the Commons, and Student Spaces after hours.

If someone needs access outside of these parameters, please apply for an exception using the exception request form. Please note that you cannot request access for yourself and that students should not submit access requests. Additionally, requests may take up to three business days, once approved, to take effect, so please plan accordingly.
