One Card Services

ID Express Photo Submission - New faculty, staff and students may upload a photo for a University of Richmond ID card here.

• Faculty and staff will be notified when their card is ready for pickup from the One Card Office between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
• Full or part-time, degree-seeking or for credit, certificate-seeking SPCS students are eligible for a University of Richmond ID.
  • First year undergrad students will pick up their ID at orientation.
  • New Law and MBA students will receive their ID during check-in at the Law or Business School.
  • SPCS students and Osher Lifelong Learning members may pick up their ID from the One Card Office between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. 

Lost or Damaged Cards - You will need to stop by the One Card Office during business hours to have your ID card replaced. If you lose your card after-hours or during the weekend, you may get a temporary card from URPD in the Special Programs Building. You will turn in the temp card when replacing your ID.

Meal Plan Purchases/Changes

Academic Year: For meal plan requirements, visit Meal Plan Requirements - Dining Services - University of Richmond. For Fall and Spring meal plan requests, please submit your request here. You will be notified when your request has been processed. Please allow 24-72 hours for processing.

Summer: All students living on campus during the summer are automatically assigned the Summer Unlimited meal plan. However, UFA residents may opt out of the meal plan before 5 p.m. EST the Tuesday before your term starts by submitting your request here. Students opting out need to be aware the meal plan charge will go on your student account initially, but will be backed off once we have processed your cancellation and submitted the information to the Bursar’s Office.

Students may not opt-out of Transition Week or Extend Stay and will be billed accordingly.

Found a Lost Card? Return to the One Card Office during business hours. If found off campus, please return to the address on the back of the ID card or call the One Card Office between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday to report a found card. We will make an effort to notify the person who lost their card so they can make arrangements to claim their card.
