For your protection, the University of Richmond will confiscate any One-Card used by an individual other than the official holder whose name and picture appear on the card.

SpiderCard account and Meal Plan account balances cannot be protected when a card is lost or stolen until the card is reported lost or stolen and invalidated by a cashier at any SpiderCard account location or by the One-Card Services Office located in the Tyler Haynes Commons Building, Room 330. Only the balance at the time the card is reported missing can be protected.

There is a replacement charge for cards lost, stolen or damaged.
